Hey y’all, my name is Liz!

I found my love for photography when I was in high school. I suffered through years art classes just to be able to take photography. When my kids were born I took time away from photo to soak up the precious years with them. At that time I wanted photo sessions to capture all of the milestones their first year but couldn’t afford to keep up with sessions. I started taking the photos myself and found my passion for weddings and engagements not too long after. I absolutely love love! My passion is capturing the unscripted moments and providing a bomb experience for clients! 

I was born and raised in Waukee, Iowa. I am currently engaged to my amazing fiancé Curtis. We are getting married next year and couldn’t be more excited to get to plan my very own wedding! We are are a blended family and have 3 kids together who range from 12 and 4 years old. I’m a cheer mom and absolutely love traveling to support them at cheer competitions during slow season. We also have 3 dogs - a lab, a mini goldendoodle, and a German Shepard. We love our fur babies!  

My favorite part is capturing your love in its most authentic form. I love getting those candid moments where I haven’t posed you or told you what to do, you just DO! I want every image to be a reflection of your relationship and what that is to you. 

I love having fun with my sessions and getting creative photos while having a bomb time! I take pride in keeping track of time and staying on top of the timeline to ensure we get bomb photos and so you can get back to your guests. I have years of wedding industry experience and am  planning my own wedding. I love helping couples any way possible to make your day seamless!
